Julia graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2001 with a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws Degree.

 

Julia was admitted to practice in August 2002.

 

Julia commenced employment at Bishops Barristers & Solicitors in August 2002 where she is now currently a Senior Associate.

 

Julia has been President of the Northern Young Lawyers Committee since January 2003 and was also a committee member of the Family Law Practitioners Ass (Tas) during from 2006 until September 2008.

 

Predominant areas of practice are Family Law, Child Protection and Criminal Law.
