Mr Readett, a partner of Hobart firm Clerk Walker Lawyers, graduated from the University of Tasmania with combined degrees in Economics and Law. He joined the firm in 1983 and has been a partner since 1990.

 

Whilst Mr Readett practises mainly in litigation, advising on matters including professional negligence and indemnity, personal injury and estate litigation, securities enforcement and general commercial litigation, he also conducts a commercial practice.

 

He is a past President of the Medico-Legal Society of Tasmania and a previous Vice President of the Law Society.
